Welcome to Cozy Pieces (the “App”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, or contacts.

On-device data: puzzle progress, theme unlocks, tool inventory, and audio preferences stored locally on your device so you can continue playing.
Purchases: theme and tool pack purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Advertising data: the App uses Google AdMob rewarded ads. Google may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and ad interaction data to show ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Tracking permission (ATT): on supported iOS versions, we may ask for permission to track across apps and websites to deliver more relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can change this anytime in system settings.

3. How we use information

Save and restore gameplay progress and purchase entitlements
Provide rewarded ads and in-app purchases
Improve ad relevance and measurement when you allow tracking
Respond to support and compliance requests

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by:

Apple for distribution and payments
Google (AdMob / UMP) for ads and consent messaging

Those partners handle data under their own privacy policies.

5. Retention and security

Game progress and settings are stored primarily on your device. Deleting the App may erase local data. We take reasonable steps to protect App configuration, but no method is 100% secure.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe such data was collected in error.

7. Your choices

Manage tracking and ad-related permissions in iOS Settings
Manage privacy/consent options in the App when required by region
Delete the App to remove local gameplay data
Email us for privacy-related requests

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will try to provide reasonable notice.
